Returns & Exchanges

At AYM Studio, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear; if your order isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of receipt.
